Dyno Sessions
Three to four runs on a Dynojet 224xLC, with the run sheet to prove what the car actually makes.

Engine blueprinting is the difference between an engine assembled to the factory's tolerance band and one assembled to a number. Every clearance measured, every part matched, nothing assumed because it came in a box.

A production engine is built to tolerances: a range each part is allowed to fall inside. Stack enough of those ranges in the same direction and you get two engines off the same line that behave differently.
Blueprinting removes the stacking. Bores measured and honed to the piston that is going in them, bearing clearances set rather than accepted, rotating assembly balanced, deck heights and chamber volumes equalized. It is slow, unglamorous work and it is most of why a built engine survives what it is asked to do.
Camshaft selection and installation, cylinder head porting, turbocharger upgrades and supercharger systems, fuel system and injector work, and the machine work behind all of it.
Selection comes before shopping. The most expensive mistake in a build is buying the parts first: a cam or a turbo sized for a dyno headline will be lazy everywhere you actually drive, and one sized for response runs out of breath at the top. We start from what you want the car to do and work backwards.
Fueling is where builds stall: pumps, lines, injectors and often a return system. Then cooling, because charge air temperature decides how much timing the engine will accept. Then the drivetrain behind it, because a clutch or a transmission that was fine at stock torque will not be.
The shop that assembles it is the shop that calibrates it and signs off the pull. No handing a fresh engine to a tuner who was not there when it went together, and no argument afterwards about whose fault a failure was.
